The first picture of the New Year just happens to be the prime rib roast I cooked at my parents for dinner. For those of you who don't know me, cooking is my 'relaxer' besides computers and I'm sure there will be more pictures of food to come in the next year and if they turn out, maybe a post of a recipe or two.
